I was greeted promptly and courteously by Kyle. I had just walked in without an appointment to get an estimate on body work resulting from an accident. He looked at my car carefully, answered all questions and concerns completely and, as a newcomer to a non no-fault state, even advised me regarding a few insurance questions I had.
